Structural features:

This equipment is designed by our company for the special working conditions of the smelting industry, based on the round hole type graphite heat exchanger. Has the following characteristics:

1. Good corrosion resistance. Can withstand acid corrosion rich in chloride and fluoride ions.

2. High heat exchange efficiency. After improved treatment, the thermal conductivity reached 150w/m.k, which exceeded the thermal conductivity of most metals.

3. The inner wall is smooth, the adhesion is poor, and it is not easy to scale.

4. Graphite is a brittle material with poor tensile strength, so it must be processed by monolithic graphite blocks.

5. It adopts high-quality graphite material, which is resistant to erosion.
